Traineeships

Our Traineeships provide specialised training that focuses on the development of First Nations People and Women. The program offers a Certificate II or Certificate III qualification, which is aimed at entry-level and semi-skilled roles. This initiative aims to empower and support individuals and provide them with valuable qualifications and opportunities for career growth.

The specially designed trainee learning pathways develop capability and skills for the future, with participants having access to industry leaders and the latest technology providing an exciting working environment to learn in.

During the program participants work towards a nationally recognised qualification, whilst receiving on-going support from supervisors, tradespeople, development advisors, and Indigenous support advisors ensuring they are set up for success, establishing a long-term career within our business.
